Customer Care
At Perry’s we only sell the highest quality products, so that our customer’s will be satisfied with their purchase for years to come. If your purchase is not to your expectations, we would be happy to return it. The product must be returned unworn, within 30 days of purchase, with the receipt. There should be no scuff marks, and should only be worn on a carpet for try on. All returns are inspected upon returns.
In addition, you will be responsible for the return freight charge. Upon return, Paypal issues a refund processing fee, in which the customer will be responsible for. Fee’s are deducted from refund amount total, usually being around $10-15. If you would like to avoid these charges, please call 303.443.4580 before purchase, and we can charge with a credit card over the phone.
Shipping
Perry’s offers free shipping to anywhere in the continental United States. We offer free standard shipping, which arrives within 3-7 business days after processing through USPS.
UPS Options:
If you can not be shipped through USPS, please specify on billing form.
How Boots Should fit:
A small amount of heel slippage is normal with new boots. It will gradually decrease as you wear them. Many people have one foot that is slightly larger than the other. If your foot is between sizes, we recommend you order down a half size. If you generally wear wide sizes and no wide is available, you may need to order half size up.When you receive your boots, try them on in the afternoon, as feet tend to be largest this time of day. Try your boots indoors on carpeted surfaces and wear the socks or tights you would normally wear. Make sure you can wiggle your toes.
Care
Perry’s will give you a complimentary cleaner/conditioner/waterproofer with a purchase of Frye’s or Lucchese’s. We recommended to apply this product once a month. In the wettest season, 1-2 times a month.
Frye and Lucchese leathers are made to last forever. However, you will need to maintain their bottoms. The rubber heel will need to be replaced time to time and eventually the sole. At Perry’s we will replace your soles and heels with high quality leather or rubber for a small cost to maintain the integrity of your boots for a lifetime. Before shipping boots, you have the option of putting a thin, rubber, non -slip pad on the bottom for only $20 extra. This will ensure the longevity of your boots. (Once soles are put on, there are no returns)
Stock
Perry’s is a small family owned business. We try to keep our stock filled but, sometimes it may take longer then expected. If we are out of stock, you will be contacted immediately and be given the options on delivery time.
